My mother and I had dinner at Texas Roadhouse and our server was Dionna! I want to emphasize that I have been to Texas Roadhouse MANY times but this time was the absolute best. Dionna had amazing service, she was fun, engaging, lovable, and honestly THE BEST server I've had while at Texas Roadhouse. This visit was absolutely amazing. I had the 12 oz. Ribeye Steak with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli and as a person whose favorite food is steak, the steak was amazing and juicy. My mother had the Porterhouse Steak with a baked potato and green beans. We appreciated her and her service so much and wish her the absolute best in the restaurant!

So we stopped in and had the pleasure of having the new girl Dionna as our server and I would not have guessed she was only on her second day. She was polite, professional and very friendly. The food was great as well! We came in and got seated right away which was a plus.

Casey was our server, and HE WAS GREAT! He was super personable and was very helpful with our menu questions. My steak was over cooked and he immediately took it back to get me a new one. The manager came our table to see what she could to make it up to me. I told her not to worry about it and as long as the steak came out medium rare that's all I needed. She was also very nice and helpful. When I got my check I realized they took $5 off anyways, even though it wasn't necessary. We had a very enjoyable meal and we'll definitely be back!!! If you stop by here ask for Casey!

To Matthew Bellis. Jennica McGee and Emilee Conner: upon entering your establishment there was a couple in front of us that approached your hostess stand and were told that the wait was 45-55 minutes they walked out. We walked up next and were told the same but had the time to wait and gave my name and phone number. At 2:43 I received the confirmation text and at 2:45 the next text came that out table was ready. Clearly they were trying to manipulate the situation. That behavior is dishonest, unethical, and deeply disrespectful to the servers who earn their income through hard work. Allowing it to continue reflects poorly on leadership. Had we listened to their lies we would not have experienced the best service that I have seen in awhile. Gino H. was amazing. He was exceptionally attentive and quick, always anticipating needs before they were even asked. His responsiveness and focus made a noticeable difference in the overall experience. His professionalism and care are the only reason for the positive rating. I hope you address the training opportunities you have with the 2-3 hostess on new years eve. And hope to see customer service as exemplified by Gino moving forward.

I absolutely love this steak house. I think their food is amazing and reasonably priced compared to other steakhouses in the area. They are always busy, no matter what time of the day. The staff is always nice and very helpful. I enjoy their Dallas Filet. Very western like style of decor. It's fun, good food, good service.

I hadn't had Texas Roadhouse in years, but randomly had a hankering for their wonderful rolls. I convinced a friend who'd had a previously terrible experience here to try it again. Everyone was very friendly, but our server Cal was positively wonderful. As someone who formerly worked in food service, I know good service and Cal surpassed every expectation I had. It was a super busy Thursday, but Cal handled it like a pro. Our food was served quickly and efficiently with everything coming out at the perfect time. Cal made sure our temps on our steaks were perfect and that our every need was met. The food was seasoned well and very tasty. Our only complaint was that the bathroom needed attention and didn't get that attention during our visit. But that is an easy fix. Between Cal and the two other people who I believe were management who stopped by to check on us, we felt very well cared for and will be back.

One of the best steaks I've had in a long time. The Dallas Fillet was actually cooked to a perfect Medium Rare with a warm pink center. No steak sauce needed. The Chilly was super hearth and savory. The Loaded Mashed Potatoes were great. The Mushrooms and Onions were just how I'd make them at home. Service was fast and friendly, they hooked us up with tones of peanuts and hot sauce. The place was clean, bright, had music playing softly. Color me impressed.
